  • How do I schedule an appointment?

    Click the “Make an Appointment” button at the top of this page and follow the prompts to fill out our New Client Package. There you will be able to schedule on our calendars.

    You will receive an invoice via email and all invoices must be paid to finalize booking and secure appointment time.

  • What ages do you coach?

    Coaching services are for clients age 18 & up. Family counseling may be available upon request - please connect with your coach to request family counseling.

  • Where will my session be held?

    Due to national clientele our sessions are primarily held digitally, via Zoom. When you schedule, you will receive a Zoom link and we will meet you at the appointed time.

    We recommend you find a quiet place, free of distraction, where the confidential nature of your appointment can be maintained.

    We may be able to accommodate in-person sessions in Orlando for local clients on a case by case basis.

  • How long will my coaching session last?

    All coaching sessions are 55 minutes.

  • Can I skip the temperament analysis appointment and get straight to coaching?

    Because the temperament analysis is such a unique feature of our counseling style, we highly advise that our clients start there. You’ll find that the temperament analysis not only helps guide our sessions, but gaining an understanding of your temperament will help you in almost every facet of your life!

  • Do I need to prepare anything for my session?

    New Clients will need to complete the online new client package prior to the first meeting.

    Coaches may recommend reading or self-reflection assignments which should be completed prior to the next session. You are encouraged to approach sessions with questions, objectives, and honesty. We also advise bringing a way of taking notes.

  • What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule?

    All appointments that are cancelled within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled appointment time will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. All other appointment cancellations will be credited to a future session. The client acknowledges they may only reschedule two (2) sessions in a calendar year. If the client reschedules more than two (2) sessions, any payments made towards the sessions they are rescheduling will not be credited towards future sessions.

    An appointment is cancelled with no call/no show 15 minutes after the appointment has begun.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    McNeil Coaching LLC does not accept insurance. All fees are the responsibility of the parties receiving care through McNeil Coaching LLC.

  • How do I make payment for my session?

    For individual sessions, session bundles, speaking engagements, & other services we will send an invoice via the email you provide, and payment will be due within 30 days. Please note the time of your session will not be secure without payment and therefore subject to change due to coach's availability. All payments must be made prior to the appointment or service for which the client is invoiced. Any other arrangements MUST be discussed prior to receiving care (inability to pay or other extenuating circumstance.)
